DESTINATIONS: BFPO, NORTHERN IRELAND & CHANNEL ISLANDS

All our deliveries if otherwise specified are sent using Royal Mail. Please note for our express/guaranteed next working day services, there is a cut off time of 3:30PM in order to have your items packed & dispatched the same day. Even though we try our hardest to delivery your parcels on time there is always possiblities of slight delays due to exceptionally busy periods such as Christmas or in some cases extreme weather conditions.

EUROPEAN / INTERNATIONAL

In order to give you the best price we use a selection of different couriers for international deliveries in addition to Royal Mail & ACP. We charge International/European based on the parcel weight, the final charges are calculated when you go through our checkout process. There is no hidden charges, the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Please note your parcel may also be delayed by customs procedures as customs duty may need to be paid before your parcel can be delivered in some non-EU countries. Please note that Clay and Blossom™ cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the postal system as this is beyond our control.
